About Me

Sport and Exercise Psychologist (in training) with the British Psychological Society (BPS) currently working towards becoming a Chartered Sport and Exercise Psychologist with the Heath and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

At Empowering Excellence we will be using cutting edge, scientifically based research to inform all of our work. We will cater for everyone’s needs hoping to create an environment in which clients can excel both professionally and personally. Sessions and workshops can be tailored to a variety of areas to match the needs of the client, common areas of work can include team cohesion, leadership, confidence, mental health and well-being, team culture and performing under pressure.

Who are we

Empowering Excellence is a product of a huge passion for both sport and the desire to understand the mind during performance. We want to provide a fun and innovative psychological service to those in sport and performance at all levels.
Through scientifically informed practice we aim to enhance performance by encouraging individuals to be fully present in the moment and encouraging values-driven behaviour.
To empower is to make someone stronger and more confident; we want to provide all clients with the information and techniques to ultimately hold the power in improving their performance.
